Job summary

KMC Careers is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Customer Success team in overseeing customer projects from onboarding to completion. You will coordinate tasks across CS, implementations, data migration, front-end development, and QA, ensuring milestones are met and communications stay clear.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for a technology company (preferably SaaS).
• Strong project management abilities and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight to ensure the project plan progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate and run internal handoffs and kickoff calls with customers.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering and product teams to resolve issues and document use cases.
• Monitor multiple onboarding projects with prioritization and multitasking.
