Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in client onboarding or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Native or near-native English fluency.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation.
- Able to manage multiple onboardings and priorities.
- Proactive with initiative to improve processes.
- Strong communication and professionalism.
- Able to explain SaaS functionalities non-technically.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client onboarding from start to finish.
- Serve as main onboarding contact guiding setup and adoption.
- Communicate integrations and platform capabilities to clients.
- Understand and leverage AI prompts for client communications.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture client feedback.
- Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting.
- Create onboarding docs, checklists, and process improvements.
- Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends.
