Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in client onboarding or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Able to manage multiple onboardings and priorities.
• Proactive with initiative to improve processes.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Able to explain SaaS functionalities non-technically.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding from start to finish.
• Serve as main onboarding contact guiding setup and adoption.
• Communicate integrations and platform capabilities to clients.
• Understand and leverage AI prompts for client communications.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture client feedback.
• Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting.
