Job summary

Mitti, a global tech company, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager in Manila to deliver scalable onboarding for our expanding customer base. You will coordinate with Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure customers reach value quickly and stay engaged.

You will drive go-live readiness, provide training, and share best practices while continuously improving onboarding templates and playbooks for scale.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS onboarding programs.
• Ability to align Sales, Product and Success teams.
• Data-driven approach to adoption and risk management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding plans aligning cross-functional teams.
• Lead kick-off meetings with stakeholders and set milestones.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding, training and go-live.
• Advise on product best practices and new value use cases.
• Identify and escalate onboarding risks early to prevent churn.
• Coordinate post-onboarding handoffs to Customer Success.
• Develop reusable onboarding templates and playbooks.
