Job summary

MSPbots - Careers is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (remote, Philippine-based) to own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This hands-on role requires deep experience with ad platforms and a strong bias toward data-driven pipeline growth.

You’ll collaborate with a lean marketing team, optimize landing pages, and manage our Martech stack. The role emphasizes PLG and cross-functional GTM work in a fast‑moving AI company.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B tech environment.
• Deep, hands-on paid media experience across Google and LinkedIn; Reddit/Microsoft a plus.
• Experience with website management and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign data and dashboards.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Experience producing webinars or virtual events.
• Familiarity with product launches and cross-functional GTM work.
• Experience supporting PLG or self-serve funnels.
• Building sales enablement materials for a quota-carrying team.

Responsibilities

• Own paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms—campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget optimization.
• Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and lower CAC.
• Manage and improve website performance—landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Work within and help evaluate our Martech stack—HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more.
• Track and report on campaign performance, surface insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate on end-to-end webinar production—promotion, registration flows, post-event follow-up and reporting.
• PLG funnels—onboarding sequences, in-product messaging, activation campaigns.
• Sales enablement materials that support a quota-carrying team.
