You will own the growth strategy, plan and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and collaborate with sales, content, and web teams to drive high-quality leads and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and skilled in GA4, GTM, and ROAS optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Growth or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ability to scale budgets while maintaining ROAS and CPA targets.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company's paid growth strategy.
• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads.
• Monitor performance, budgets, bidding, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
• Test new growth opportunities across assets, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages for better conversions.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights focused on business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and web teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
