Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead in Manila to own paid search and lead generation initiatives for global clients. You will drive Google Ads campaigns, collaborate with Sales and Agencies, and optimize the company website for conversion through CRO, SEO, and analytics.

The role requires hands-on PPC management, experience with GA4 and GTM, and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience managing paid search/PPC campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid search/PPC campaigns (Google Ads) including setup, budgeting, performance monitoring and ROI.
• Manage or oversee paid social campaigns (LinkedIn) with focus on targeting, engagement and lead generation.
• Oversee website management via WordPress CMS and CRO initiatives (A/B and multivariate testing).
• Collaborate with Sales/CS and external agencies to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.
• Develop analytics and reporting using GA4/GT M to drive data-driven decisions.
