Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist to set up and process Sales Orders and Projects using NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with contract terms and revenue recognition policies.

You will collaborate with Sales, Deals Desk and Collections to ensure accurate billing, maintain dashboards, and contribute to SOX controls and quarterly audits in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (Microsoft D365, Sage, SAP).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of Excel experience including Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process Sales Orders and Projects in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Review agreements to set up Sales Orders, Subscriptions and Projects per policy.
• Identify non-standard terms and collaborate with OM team to ensure revenue recognition.
• Resolve and track issues from Sales Orders and projects; address root causes.
• Consult with Sales, Deals Desk and Collections for accurate billing.
• Provide input for system and process improvements.
• Support SOX controls and internal audits as applicable.
• Assist external audit teams with quarterly and annual requirements.
• Manage dashboards in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Produce KPI reports for the Order Management team.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly KPI reporting.
• Handle customer experience metrics and resolve inquiries and disputes.
