Zusammenfassung

Ubiquity is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist to embody Head, Heart, Hustle and deliver exceptional service with expertise, empathy, and drive.

You will set up and process Sales Orders and Projects in NetSuite and Salesforce, review agreements, ensure accurate billing, and support audits while driving KPIs for the OM team.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
Demonstrated experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (Microsoft D365, Sage, SAP, etc).
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.
2+ years of Excel experience including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas.

Aufgaben

Set up and process Sales Orders and Projects in NetSuite and Salesforce.
Review Sales related agreements to set up the proper Sales Orders, Subscriptions and Projects in Suite Billing consistently with company policies.
Identify non-standard contract terms and collaborate with the OM team lead, manager and Revenue Accounting team to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
Resolve and track issues/inquiries from Sales Order and professional services projects as they arise and address root cause problems.
Consult with Sales, Deals Desk and Collections for accurate and timely customer billing.
Provide input for ongoing development and improvement on systems and operation processes.
