Zusammenfassung

Ubiquity is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist to manage sales orders and professional services projects using NetSuite and Salesforce. You will review contracts, ensure proper billing, and address any non-standard terms in collaboration with revenue teams.

The role focuses on accurate revenue recognition, timely customer billing, and continuous improvement of systems and processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
2+ years of Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
Demonstrated experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (D365, Sage, SAP).
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.

Aufgaben

Set up and process sales orders and professional services projects using NetSuite and Salesforce.
Review sales-related agreements to set up proper sales orders, subscriptions, and projects in Suite Billing per policies.
Identify non-standard contract terms and coordinate with OM team to ensure revenue recognition.
Resolve inquiries from sales orders and projects and address root causes.
Collaborate with Sales, Deals Desk, and Collections for accurate customer billing.
Provide input for system/process improvements.
Assist in SOX control procedures and audits.
Support quarterly and annual audit requirements.
