Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist to own end-to-end order processing, billing accuracy, and revenue operations. You will work with NetSuite and Salesforce to set up Sales Orders and Professional Services Projects, ensure compliant revenue recognition, and support audit activities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years in order management/billing, with ERP and CRM experience (NetSuite, Salesforce, D365/SAP/Sage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (MS D365, Sage, SAP, etc).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of Excel experience including Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process Sales Orders and Professional Services Projects in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Review sales agreements to set up Orders, Subscriptions and Projects per policy.
• Identify non-standard contract terms and ensure proper revenue recognition with OM team.
• Resolve inquiries from Sales Orders and projects; address root-cause issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deals Desk and Collections for accurate billing.
• Maintain dashboards in Salesforce and NetSuite; report KPIs.
• Support SOX controls and audit requests as applicable.
• Assist external audit teams with quarterly and annual requirements.
