Job summary

KMC Careers is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Philippines to support the CS team, coordinating tasks across Customer Success, Implementation, Data Migration, Development, and QA to drive successful customer projects. You will oversee onboarding activities, act as a point of contact for stakeholders, and help the team meet milestones and deadlines.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role for a technology company (SaaS preferred).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven success in managing customer integration projects.
• Strong conflict management and team leadership.
• Proficient with Excel/spreadsheet tracking; CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects with prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate cross-functional to maximize customer success.
• Provide daily oversight to ensure the project plan progresses.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for SaaS customers.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with agendas and outcomes.
• Communicate project updates to relevant parties.
• Maintain project documentation and create detailed project plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and product teams to resolve issues.
• Track projects using ClickUp or Jira.
• Assist with internal handoff and kickoff with customers.
• Be SOCi product expert and educate others.
