Job summary

Maven Roofing in the Philippines seeks a SaaS Project Manager to lead client implementations from onboarding to go-live. You will turn client needs into workable system workflows, configure platforms to match operations, and drive clear expectations across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience managing SaaS implementations or onboarding projects.
Strong understanding of workflows, operations, and system design.
Ability to push back when something won’t work (not just "deliver what was asked").
High attention to detail - especially in configuration and process flow.
Comfortable owning timelines, pressure, and client expectations.
Clear communicator - you can simplify complex systems for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Own client onboarding and implementation from kickoff to go-live.
Translate real-world operations into system workflows that actually hold up.
Configure and structure systems based on client needs (not generic templates).
Run implementation calls, gather requirements, and set clear expectations.
Identify gaps early and prevent broken setups before they go live.
Ensure adoption by building systems that teams can actually follow.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving.
Document processes and create repeatable implementation standards.
