Job summary

ScalableOS in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Project Manager to coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding for managed services. You will align scope, milestones, and success criteria with offerings while leading kickoff meetings with customers and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in project management or service delivery within IT/MSP environments, strong PSA/ticketing proficiency, and solid communication skills to drive smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, service delivery, or operational support.
• Experience in an IT services or MSP environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of PSA or ticketing systems.
• Understanding of IT service delivery including incident, request, and change management.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for managed services from kickoff to readiness.
• Align onboarding scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteria with service offerings.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and customer stakeholders to set roles and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deploy tools, monitoring, and security for MSP services.
• Manage onboarding schedules and resource assignments; identify conflicts and escalate risks.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies impacting onboarding timelines.
• Support consistent onboarding activities while accommodating customer requirements.
• Provide proactive, transparent communication to customers and stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Deliver a high-quality, white-glove onboarding experience that builds trust and long-term success.
