Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Implementation Executive to serve as a Program Assurance Officer. You will work with leadership, sales, and clients to gather clear program requirements and configure the platform (campaigns, reward catalogs, user access, branding).

You will manage timelines, support data imports, onboarding workflows, and coordinate with Product, IT, and Customer Success for client integrations.

Qualifications

1–3 years in client onboarding, platform configuration, or account coordination.
Direct experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
Proficiency with project management tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with CRM/engagement tools such as Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoom.
Proven ability to perform UAT and system QA.
Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Gather clear program requirements with leadership, sales, and clients.
Configure the platform including campaigns, reward catalogs, user access, and branding.
Manage project timelines and client communications using PM tools.
Support bulk data imports and onboarding workflows with data integrity.
Identify launch roadblocks, troubleshoot setup issues, and escalate defects.
Coordinate with Product, IT, and Customer Success for client integrations.
Maintain configuration notes and documentation in OneDrive and Confluence.
Execute formal handover to Customer Success using transition forms.
Train new hires on platform features and workflows.
