Job summary

Beepo is seeking an IT Project Coordinator (with Zendesk experience) in Angeles, Philippines, hybrid setup, day shift. The role focuses on supporting successful delivery of customer projects across the portfolio and coordinating activities across teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer goals.

The ideal candidate has entry-level project coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with SaaS platforms like Zendesk and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Entry-level project coordination or related experience.
• Experience with SaaS and customer experience environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer projects alongside the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring progress per timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Coordinate projects through full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, actions, risks, decisions, and status reporting.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with scope definition and planning during pre-sales and project initiation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for customer project coordination.
• Help customers maximize value from Zendesk and/or HubSpot investments.
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams on objectives and outcomes.
• Present project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
