Job summary

Beepo Inc. in Angeles City, Pampanga is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of customer projects across our SaaS services, coordinating with the Service Delivery Manager and project teams to keep milestones on track.

You will help maintain project documentation, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure alignment to customer objectives while developing your project delivery skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong SaaS understanding and software acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer projects alongside the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring projects progress according to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Coordinate projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, actions, risks, decisions, and status reporting using the company's project delivery tools.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with scope definition and project planning activities during pre-sales and project initiation stages.
