Job summary

Guesty is seeking a detail-oriented Collections & Dispute Specialist in the Philippines to support the finance operations team. You will manage overdue accounts, investigate disputes, and coordinate between Customer Success and Finance to ensure data accuracy and smooth collection processes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce records, collaborating with Billing Ops, and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and Zuora.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or Billing Operations.
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
Experience with Zuora or similar billing systems is an advantage.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage weekly follow-ups for overdue accounts through structured, professional written communication.
Monitor outstanding balances and ensure accounts are tracked and actioned within agreed timelines.
