Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Collections Specialist in the Philippines to manage outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely payments. This role reports to the Credit and Collections Lead and collaborates with Sales and Accounting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in AR/collections, strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and experience with accounting software (NetSuite a plus). Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail; highly analytical and organized.
• Proficiency in accounting software; NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances and overdue invoices.
• Contact customers by phone or email to collect payments and resolve balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and deductions.
• Record and document collection efforts, commitments, and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounting to address payment issues.
• Prepare and send monthly statements, reminders, and collection notices.
