Guesty is looking for a detail-oriented Collection & Dispute Specialist to join our finance operations team in the Philippines. You will manage manual collection tasks, investigate payment disputes, and coordinate between our Customer Success and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth collection processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations (SaaS experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce & Zuora.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy when managing financial records.
• Excel proficiency is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through on manual tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Dispute Resolution by preparing evidence for legal cases or settlement negotiations with data-backed summaries.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Billing Ops to investigate errors and handle extension requests.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy; ensure Renewal Opportunities and Closed Lost statuses are correct.
• Proactive weekly follow-ups for overdue accounts with firm but professional communication to secure payments.
