Job summary
Guesty is seeking a detail-oriented Collection & Dispute Specialist to join our Philippines-based finance operations team. You will manage manual collection tasks, investigate billing disputes, and coordinate with Customer Success and Finance to ensure accurate data and smooth collection processes.
In this hybrid role, you’ll keep Salesforce and Zuora records up to date, monitor overdue accounts, prepare clear documentation for escalations, settlements, or legal review, and support
Qualifications
- 1+ years in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance/Ops, or Billing Ops.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription businesses preferred.
- SaaS billing systems experience, especially Zuora, is a plus.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage recurring operational tasks with consistency.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly follow-ups for overdue accounts with structured written communication.
- Investigate billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account inconsistencies.
- Prepare documentation for escalations, settlements, or legal reviews.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Billing Ops to resolve issues.
