Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist who can own client conversations, onboard and train teams, troubleshoot problems, and drive issues to resolution. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role requiring calm, clear communication under pressure.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams. The role is fully on-site in Dagupan, Philippines, with PST hours and weekly pay, and involves leading calls, onboarding, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS customer success or related client-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote or in-person demos.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training.
• Be the trusted contact for clients after launch.
• Monitor adoption and identify issues early.
• Lead difficult conversations with calm and clarity.
• Translate client issues to actionable notes for Product/Engineering/Operations.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and expansions.
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Improve documentation and client success playbooks.
