Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote or in-person demos.
• Strong experience with software platforms and learning technical workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and separate symptoms from root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence leading client conversations, including difficult ones.
• Organized with strong follow-through and ownership.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, or client issues simultaneously.
• Proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training.
• Serve as trusted contact after launch and monitor adoption.
• Identify issues early and respond quickly to blocks.
• Lead difficult conversations with calm judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Translate client issues for Product and Engineering.
• Track issues through resolution and ensure follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
