Qualifications

• 2+ years in software project management or consulting.
• Experience in SaaS implementations or client onboarding is preferred.
• Exposure to payroll, gratuity management, or accounting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Translate client workflows into platform configurations.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions and create process guides.
• Coordinate testing and resolve blockers with internal teams.
• Document client-specific configurations for various teams.
