Job summary

Loadsmart Inc. is seeking a billing operations professional to own the customer onboarding process for SaaS billing and invoicing.

You will manage subscription setup, schedule invoices, and ensure accurate revenue recognition in NetSuite. You will enter and maintain data across Salesforce and NetSuite, review contracts for billing terms, and collaborate with account managers and finance to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial operations, billing, or AR.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable with daily manual data entry and system updates.
• Ability to interpret and review contracts and billing terms.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process for SaaS billing and invoicing.
• Manage subscription setup, scheduling invoices, and revenue recognition in NetSuite.
• Enter and maintain accurate data across Salesforce and NetSuite daily.
• Review contracts and orders, ensuring billing aligns with commercial agreements.
• Identify and resolve order or billing discrepancies with account managers.
• Collaborate with commercial and accounting teams on subscription-related processes.
• Support continuous improvement of billing and onboarding workflows.
