Job summary

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, Inc. seeks a Billing and Accounts Specialist to support US GAAP-driven billing and customer transactions.

You will process billing changes, reconcile payments, and maintain monthly billing files, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of billing/accounting experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience with billing and accounting functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Some experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred but not required.
Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Process billing changes to customer accounts through our CRM.
Reconcile customer payments and deposits on a daily basis.
Maintain and update monthly transactional billing files and supporting documentation.
Research and resolve internal and external inquiries related to account status and billing.
Perform operational accounting activities for month-end and year-end.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
Prioritize and schedule work activities to ensure established targets are achieved.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
