Filinvest Development Corp. in Mindanao is seeking a Payments/Disbursement Associate to support the Mindanao Sales & Marketing Group. You will handle disbursements, liquidations, and tracking of advances, ensuring compliance with the approved budget and policy.

The role requires careful recording of transactions, preparation of monthly reports, and coordination with SMG and SMECS HO to maintain accurate disbursement information and year-end accruals.

Formación

• Experience in processing disbursements and check preparation.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or degree holder preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Processing disbursements up to check preparation and e-settle.
• Review and approve payment requests with proper expense details.
• Process, check, review, approve liquidations and postings.
• Record disbursements in shared monitoring sheets and prepare monthly reports.
• Prepare year-end accruals and monitor reversals.
• Monitor sales office contracts and expenses.
• Coordinate with SMG and SMECS HO.

Job Summary

As support for Mindanao Sales & Marketing Group. Responsible for processing of Sales and other sales related activities payables. In control and monitoring of Mindanao disbursements per approved budget and set policy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. DISBURSEMENTS: Processing(up to Check Preparation & E-Settle), review and approval of paymentrequests. Ensuring strict adherence to complete expense line-item details.
• 2. LIQUIDATIONS: Processing,checking & review, approval of liquidations, posting & clearing.
• 3. TRACKING AND MONITORING OF ADVANCES: Includes monitoringof advances and following up on liquidations in correlation with the release ofnew advances. (SMECS HO will provide monthly aging reports for accurate Mindanaorelease control).
• 4. MAINTAININGCOMPREHENSIVE DISBURSEMENT INFORMATION: Properly recordingdisbursements based on actual payments in the shared monitoring sheets andpreparing monthly reports detailing processed fixed expenses that don’t requirebudget approval, and incorporate post-mortem insights derived from liquidationreports to support preparation of the SMECS HO.
• 5. YEAR-END ACCRUALS PREPARATION: Includes monitoringthe day-to-day reversals, all of which will be streamlined and consolidated inHO.
• 6. MONITORING OF SALES OFFICE CONTRACTS ANDEXPENSES: Includesmonitoring of sales office contracts and expenses.
• 7. COORDINATION with SMG and SMECSHO.
