Qualifications

• Familiarity with RTO administrative standards and enrolment documentation.
• Proven ability to manage structured data entry in RTO systems (aXcelerate).
• Experience with Alloc8 or similar scheduling tools.
• Excellent accuracy when processing student records and compliance documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication for inquiries and liaison.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain student enrolment forms and related documents.
• Review student files for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Retrieve job tickets, assign shifts, and log hours in tracking sheets.
• Maintain filing systems and archives per record-keeping standards.
• Provide front-line support via phone and email to students and clients.
