Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an HR Data Admin for a hybrid position at Mall of Asia Complex. You will support HR data entry, maintain trackers, and help ensure timely processing of requests while aligning with the company’s guidelines and values.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data handling, coordination with POCs, and contributing to onboarding and training efforts within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Highly developed software skills in Microsoft 365 Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Broad knowledge in the Data admin/Entry Task.
• Flexible with additional duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all job requests given by POC's are adhered to in accordance with the set time frames made by the requester.
• Assist in conducting training for newly hired HR Data Admin.
• Update all trackers in a timely manner for EOD reporting.
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement.
