Private Advertiser is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Route-to-Market strategies across the Visayas region. You will guide distribution teams, drive sales growth, and ensure effective execution of business strategies to expand market reach.

You will oversee sales training, monitor KPIs, and use SFA tools to support data-driven decisions. The role requires 3+ years in FMCG sales operations and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, distribution management, RTM, or sales planning in FMCG.
• Proficient in Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems and field execution monitoring.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Able to analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actions.
• Willing to travel and manage regional operations.
• Willing to be assigned to and handle the Visayas region.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of RTM strategies and distribution processes in the region.
• Guide distribution teams to drive sales growth and improve market coverage.
• Oversee sales training and field coaching to strengthen competencies and execution standards.
• Evaluate routes, territory assignments, and distribution activities to boost efficiency.
• Monitor performance, distribution effectiveness, and KPIs to identify gaps and take corrective actions.
• Utilize SFA and sales tools to track field execution and improve reporting accuracy.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term RTM plans aligned with regional goals.
• Establish monitoring, reporting, and control processes ensuring policy compliance.
