You will lead distributor relationships, develop regional sales plans, and ensure alignment with company standards. The role requires 8+ years in FMCG sales, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in distributor capability building, route planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• FMCG experience with a proven track record in distributor management.
• Strong sales leadership and ability to drive revenue growth.

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience with Food Service accounts is advantageous.

Responsibilities
