Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to handle Visayas Region

Responsibilities

• Drives RTM strategies, plans, processes, and sales force capabilities in the assigned region toward a performance-driven organization
• Leads and aligns distribution units along New RTM strategies to drive system-wide growth
• Implements the affiliate's sales training strategy and collaborates with the region to ensure field knowledge and proper role execution
• Coordinates RTM activities, adjusts routes to meet customer needs, and ensures controls and reporting meet requirements
• Develops RTM plans for short and long term and leads processes to build organizational capability
