Jatro BPO is seeking a proactive Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, client support, and process management within the Australian strata and property services industry. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, or team involvement experience is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Applicants with Latin honors, strong leadership experience during college and with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong leadership and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key BPO functions, including admin, property, insurance, and client services.
• Assist Team Leads with reports, task tracking, and documentation.
