This role is ideal for junior professionals who are eager to learn the ins and outs of business operations, client support, and process management within the Australian strata and property services industry. The successful candidate will undergo hands-on training across multiple departments to gain the skills and experience needed for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations across key BPO functions (admin support, property coordination, insurance processing, and client services).
• Assist team leads and supervisors with administrative and operational tasks, including report preparation, task tracking, and client documentation.
• Observe and support day-to-day processes related to Australian strata management and offshore service delivery.
• Learn company systems, tools, and software used in property and insurance administration (e.g., Stata Master, Smata, PIQ, Stratamax).
• Contribute to project assignments, data entry, research tasks, and basic process analysis.
• Maintain organized records of assigned tasks and report progress to mentors or department heads.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities during the training program.
• Successfully complete performance checkpoints and final evaluation for consideration of a junior leadership or specialist role.
• Willing to work during Australian business hours.
• Willing to work onsite in our Sindalan or Telabastagan CSFP office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
