Job summary

Jatro BPO is seeking a proactive Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, client support, and process management within the Australian strata and property services industry. This role offers structured training and opportunities for future leadership growth, with progression to Junior Leadership or Specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring, or team involvement experience is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Applicants with Latin honors, strong leadership experience during college and with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong leadership and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
