The program offers mentorship, a clear career path toward junior leadership or specialist roles, and the chance to work onsite in Sindalan or Telabastagan CSFP offices, with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Google Workspace a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program with rotations across key BPO functions (admin support, property coordination, insurance processing, client services).
• Assist team leads with administrative and operational tasks, including reports, task tracking, and client documentation.
• Observe and support day-to-day processes in Australian strata management and offshore service delivery.
• Learn company systems and software used in property and insurance administration (e.g., Stata Master, Smata, PIQ, Stratamax).
• Contribute to project assignments, data entry, research, and basic process analysis.
