Job summary

Jatro BPO in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Management Development Associate to build a foundation in business operations, client support, and process management within the Australian strata and property services industry. The role offers hands-on exposure across departments and aims to develop practical skills for future specialist or leadership opportunities.

You will rotate through key functions, support leaders with daily tasks, learn Strata Master, Smata, PIQ, and Stratamax, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management with attention to detail.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Willing to work Australian business hours and onsite in Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Undergo a structured training program with rotations across key BPO functions.
• Support team leads with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Gain exposure to Australian strata management processes and offshore service delivery.
• Learn and use company systems such as Strata Master, Smata, PIQ, Stratamax.
• Assist with projects, data entry, research, and documentation as assigned.
• Maintain records of tasks and provide progress updates to mentors.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Complete performance assessments and training milestones toward specialist roles.
