Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and lead generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads by prospecting residential and commercial property owners, managers, builders, and businesses needing roofing services.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to introduce roofing solutions.
• Qualify prospects for project needs, budget, and timeline; schedule appointments for estimators or sales reps.
• Accurately maintain customer information, call notes, lead status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups until ready to move forward.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handoffs and updates on activity and outcomes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for outbound activity, leads, and appointments booked.
