Qualifications

• 2.5–5 years in real estate lead generation or related fields.
• Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills.
• Proven appointment setting for real estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and referral sources to generate leads.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents with motivated buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady pipeline.
• CRM Management & Follow-Ups: Maintain the CRM with detailed notes on lead interactions and set follow-up reminders.
• Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Engage with leads via phone, email, and text to build relationships and convert prospects into clients.
• Market Research & Targeting: Identify neighborhoods, demographics, and untapped markets to enhance lead generation.
• Referral Network Development: Connect with past clients, local businesses, and industry professionals to expand referrals.
