Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships across an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts.
• Work towards achieving a 90% annual client retention rate and consistently high client satisfaction.
• Respond to client questions and concerns promptly, targeting responses within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve cases and address client requests efficiently.
• Support adherence to service level agreements and proactively address potential service issues.
• Conduct introductory, onboarding, service recovery, benefit orientation, and renewal meetings with clients.
• Prepare and review quarterly utilization reports with designated client points of contact.
• Monitor KYC documentation, contract requirements, meeting minutes, e-learning, and other compliance activities.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless service delivery.
• Analyse client and sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support account management decisions.
