The role covers introductory meetings, orientation, SLA setting, utilization reviews, project highlights like APE and Wellness, renewal meetings, endorsements, and resolving inquiries via help desk; you will liaise internally and with brokers to drive renewals.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in insurance and customer servicing and related industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly.
