Job summary

The role requires a college degree and at least 1 year in healthcare client relations, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. The position may involve field visits and engagement activities like wellness programs and health fairs to enhance client satisfaction and contract adherence.

Qualifications

• College graduate; preferably in Marketing Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, HMO, insurance, or the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in client relationship management and account handling is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to conduct fieldwork or client visits are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewal negotiations and ensure completion of required contracts and compliance documents.
• Organize client engagement activities, including APE, wellness programs, and health fairs.
• Prepare utilization reports and provide recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Facilitate client onboarding, benefit orientations, and healthcare service implementation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support membership retention and renewals.
• Address client inquiries and concerns while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage client accounts, including account setup, updates, and maintenance.
