Value Care Health Systems, Inc is seeking an Account Management Officer to maintain long-term client relationships, understand client needs, and identify opportunities to align services with their business goals.

You will conduct client visits, prepare medical utilization reports, and support retention while meeting sales targets. The role involves collaboration with supervisors to drive satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Medical Allied course is an advantage but not required
• With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.
• Applicants from different industries are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles, preferably in a retention-focused environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle challenging conversations.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Account Visits: Conduct regular utilization review and client visits to identify potential risks of churning and offer solutions to improve their experience.
• Utilization Report: Prepare regular medical utilization reports, interpret the data, transpose into a presentation, and make recommendations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and sales activity. Provide regular updates to the supervisor and manager.
• Market Insight: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and ensure that they have the most suitable program.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify and recommend relevant benefits to existing clients based on their current experience.
• Customer Retention: Actively engage customers to build lasting relationships.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to availments, billing, enrollment or account management.
