Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized Billing Coordinator to join our Managed Services team. You will support end-to-end order lifecycle for customers, coordinating with Service Delivery, Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance to ensure orders, contracts, PO and billing data are accurate from initiation through revenue recognition.

This role emphasizes operational excellence, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, with focus on onboarding, renewals, and timely invoicing

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle for Managed Services customers, from PO receipt to service activation and billing readiness.
• Review and validate customer purchase orders, contracts, and documentation for compliance with internal requirements.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, and Sales to capture all service requirements accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service inventories, pricing schedules and contractual data.
• Monitor revenue-related workflows and ensure orders progress through operations on schedule.
• Support invoice readiness activities ensuring data is accurate and complete.
• Investigate and resolve order management, service delivery and revenue queries promptly.
• Identify and address process bottlenecks or inefficiencies with stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding activities and assist with new service implementation needs.
• Ensure requests, contract changes, renewals, and amendments are processed correctly.
• Produce operational and commercial reports to aid management decisions.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline tracking, renewals management and revenue operations reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and customer experience.
