Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Order Management & Billing Specialist to manage sales orders and professional services projects in NetSuite and Salesforce. You will review agreements, ensure proper revenue recognition, and collaborate with Sales, Deals Desk, and Collections to keep billing precise and timely.

The role requires 2+ years in order management or revenue operations, proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Set up and process Sales Orders and Projects using NetSuite and Salesforce.
Review agreements to create Sales Orders, Subscriptions and Projects per policy.
Ensure revenue recognition for non-standard terms with OM team guidance.
Resolve and track issues from orders and projects; address root causes.
Collaborate with Sales, Deals Desk and Collections for accurate billing.
Suggest improvements to systems and processes and assist SOX controls.
Support audits and provide documentation for quarterly/annual requirements.
Maintain dashboards in Salesforce and NetSuite.
Generate KPI reports to drive Order Management performance.
Monitor monthly/quarterly KPIs defined by the OM Manager.
Handle customer experience metrics and resolve disputes.
