Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to reinforce post-sales processes and Order-to-Cash activities. You will liaise with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Vendors to ensure accurate billing, timely invoicing, and smooth revenue flow.

The role demands a 2–3 year background in Finance Operations with strong Excel and ERP experience, and a willingness to work graveyard shifts in a hybrid setup based in Cebu City, Philippines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including invoicing, billing, credits, rebills, collections, and payment resolution.
• Experience using ERP systems and business applications.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with stakeholder management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve complex billing and payment issues.
• Attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Canadian customers is a plus.
• Willingness to work graveyard shift and onsite training.
