Job summary

EOS IT Solutions, a global technology and logistics company, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join the Managed Services team. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from purchase orders through to service activation and billing readiness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance to ensure contracts, pricing and revenue data align with contractual requirements while supporting continuous improvement and

• Experience in revenue operations, order management, contract administration, or related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle for Managed Services customers from PO receipt to service activation and billing readiness.
• Review and validate customer purchase orders, contracts, and documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, and Sales to capture all service requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing schedules, and contractual data across systems.
• Monitor revenue-related workflows to ensure orders progress on schedule.
• Support invoice readiness activities ensuring data accuracy for revenue recognition.
