Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality is seeking a Revenue Manager with at least 5 years of RM experience, preferably in hospitality, to develop and implement portfolio-wide revenue strategies across the hotel portfolio, aligning with brand positioning, demand patterns, and market dynamics.

You will lead pricing and inventory optimization, forecasting, performance analysis, and ensure governance of RMS, CRS, and PMS platforms while driving a culture of pricing discipline and data-driven decision making across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Manager experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience in pricing, forecasting, performance analysis, and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership to drive pricing discipline across properties.

Pricing and Inventory Optimization

• Develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and Market Share across all properties while maintaining competitiveness and commercial objectives.

Forecasting and Performance Analysis

• Lead short-term and long-term forecasting, demand analysis, and performance monitoring by analyzing booking pace, competitor benchmarks, and market trends to guide strategic revenue decisions.

Revenue Governance and System Management

• Ensure proper management and optimization of RMS, CRS, and PMS platforms while maintaining data integrity, rate parity, and standardized revenue processes across all properties.

Revenue Culture

• Drive a strong revenue management culture across existing and future hotels by guiding property teams on revenue principles, conducting training sessions, and ensuring best practices in pricing discipline, forecasting, and demand management.

Revenue Reporting and Executive Insights

• Prepare and present comprehensive revenue performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting:
• Market share trends
