Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality is seeking a Revenue Manager with at least 5 years of RM experience, preferably in hospitality, to develop and implement portfolio-wide revenue strategies across the hotel portfolio, aligning with brand positioning, demand patterns, and market dynamics.

You will lead pricing and inventory optimization, forecasting, performance analysis, and ensure governance of RMS, CRS, and PMS platforms while driving a culture of pricing discipline and data-driven decision making across

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Revenue Manager experience, preferably in hospitality.
Experience in pricing, forecasting, performance analysis, and market dynamics.
Strong leadership to drive pricing discipline across properties.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement portfolio-wide revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
Lead pricing and inventory optimization across all properties while maintaining competitiveness.
Oversee forecasting, demand analysis, and performance monitoring to guide revenue decisions.
Govern RMS, CRS, and PMS platforms ensuring data integrity and rate parity.
Drive revenue culture through training and best practices in pricing and demand management.
Prepare and present revenue performance reports highlighting market share trends and opportunities.
