Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Team Manager, Renewals to lead a high-performing renewals team across global clients. You will own renewal strategy, negotiation, and execution, ensuring healthy recurring revenue, data integrity, and scalable processes.

The role requires extensive experience in renewals, people leadership, and SFDC CPQ proficiency, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of renewals, customer success, account management, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• More than 3 years of people management leading customer-facing teams, coaching to improve conversations and outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ, including quote configuration, approvals, and data integrity.
• Proven track record managing recurring revenue renewals at scale with improvements in gross, net renewal rates and churn reduction.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills with forecasting or BI tools such as Clari, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal.
• Proven renewal terms and pricing negotiation experience with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Renewals Specialists, set goals, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
• Manage end-to-end renewals lifecycle from quote generation to invoicing and reporting.
• Serve as escalation point for Sales and Customer Success on renewals, including pricing and approvals.
• Oversee KPIs and renewal metrics, reporting on pipeline health and retention rates.
• Monitor productivity via Gong and CRM data; audit renewal activity for policy compliance.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM, CPQ, CLM, and order management tools.
• Update contract templates and approval workflows within CRM/CPQ systems.
• Partner with Operations to automate processes and improve forecasts and bookings reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to streamline renewal workflows.
• Lead process improvements and automation to boost renewal efficiency and accuracy.
• Coach Renewals Specialists on negotiations and escalation management.
