Qualifications

• 5–7 years in renewals, customer success, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years people management leading customer-facing teams.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ, including quote configuration and approvals.
• Proven track record managing recurring revenue renewals at scale.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement skills; experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Renewals Specialists, set goals, and conduct regular one-on-ones.
• Oversee end-to-end renewals lifecycle: quotes, approvals, invoicing, forecasting, reporting.
• Escalation point for Sales and Customer Success on renewals, including pricing and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs and renewal pipeline health; report on gross and net retention rates.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, CPQ, CLM, and order management tools; uphold policies.
